At Design Engineers, we offer an environment where responsible employees can grow and prosper along with the company's growth and prosperity. We endeavor to hire only those persons who do not require close supervision but instead are self motivators and achievers.

The company expects each employee to be concerned about the firm's continued growth, good customer relations, employee harmony and other matters which affect the rights of fellow employees and the right of the company to achieve its objectives. Employees are continually evaluated in an effort to identify strengths and opportunities for improving performance. We strive to help the employee grow personally and professionally.

Since our beginning in April of 1983, we have experienced steady growth and have earned the respect of our peers and valued clients. Our goal is not to become the biggest, but the best and to establish a reputation for quality and reliability. We strive for great performance in a work environment that nurtures personal and professional fulfillment as we work together to serve the needs of our clients. We have but one commodity to offer ....SERVICE and to this end, if your work speaks for itself, don’t interrupt.

To achieve this level of success, it takes cooperation, teamwork and the winning spirit. This must come from all employees; the most valuable resource of Design Engineers.

While we may not always be conducting an active search for new employees, we realize the engineering industry is always growing and changing. We are excited to hear from professionals who share our commitment to quality and our client-centric philosophy and we will always try to make room for the “right” individual to join our team.
